A power couple still Crazy in love! The Queen B received a serenade from the entire crowd present at Jay-Z’s concert during the Made In America Music Festival in Philadelphia on Sunday night.
During his headlining set, Jay-Z made the audience go wild when he called out his wife, world superstar Beyoncé, who celebrates her 36th birthday on Monday. While onstage, the rapper took the opportunity to give a big shout out to the “Formation” singer, who was also joined by the couple’s daughter Blue Ivy.
“Shout out to Beyoncé. Beautiful Bey is in the house tonight. Happy Birthday my love,” said the proud hubby, who then proceed to get the whole crowd to serenade his wife by singing “Happy Birthday.”
Bey and her daughter were dancing around smiling as they listened to the Grammy winner rapper performed for the audience. Newborn twins, Rumi and Sir, were not at the nighttime concert.
For Sunday’s concert, the “Love on Top” artist wore a bright yellow trench coat and high-waisted jeans. The Texas native also wore a Houston Rockets basketball jersey, in support of her hometown of Houston, Texas in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.
The power couple enjoyed the performances from 21 Savage and also from hip-hop star Cardi B. The Carters watched Cardi B’s performance and later the rapper hung out backstage with the “Lemonade” singer. The couple had a great time and also watched Migos from a private area.
The music filled weekend was a family affair. Solange was performing and Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s mothers were also present at the festival. Tina Knowles herself was spotted rocking out backstage during Cardi B’s performance.
